Chilean wines
Wines designated as D.O ( Denominacion de Origen) come from five regions of the vine cultivation, which are divided into districts and subdistricts. All these wines must contain the minimum 75 % of the declared grape types and must be in accordance with the declared vintage. These directives concern all the Chilean wines produced from the admitted for cultivation varieties, although no certificate of origin is necessary in this case.
